To receive a refund, please call our toll-free customer service hotline at 1-888-246-2598. You will be asked to provide your complete name, mailing address and a brief explanation of why you were not completely satisfied.
During the call, you will be provided with an address to mail the following materials:
- The original UPC from your Hills Bros. 100% Arabica Premium Blend Whole Bean, Premium Blend Ground, Dark Roast Whole Bean, or 100% Colombian Whole Bean.
- The original receipt with the purchase price clearly marked.
The offer is valid in the U.S. only (but void in Maine) and limited to one refund per name, household, or address, through December 31, 2010. Offer is valid if your envelope is postmarked within 30 days of purchasing Hills Bros 100% Arabica bagged coffee. Once our customer service team receives your refund request, UPC and receipt, you will be mailed a check for the purchase price of the Hills Bros. 100% Arabica bagged coffee you purchased, plus 44¢ postage. The refund does not include taxes. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks to process your claim.
