Using a mason jar
Using a four cup mason jar, pour one cup of coffee grounds into the mason jar.
Add three cups of water.
Stir gently to make sure all the coffee grounds are wet. Put lid on jar.
Place in refrigerator for 10-14 hours or overnight.
Remove mason jar from refrigerator. Place cheesecloth or a coffee filter over the top and strain the water though the cheesecloth into another half-gallon pitcher for storage.
Store cold brew in refrigerator until ready to serve.
