Brewing Instructions
For the best cup of Hills Bros.® Coffee possible, use one rounded tablespoon of our coffee blends to six ounces of fresh water. To suit your taste, vary the measurements.
Brewing Tips
- Clean your equipment regularly to help prevent the build up of mineral deposits.
- Your cup of coffee is only as good as the water that's used. If your water tastes bad, your coffee tastes worse.
- Coffee should be stored refrigerated to maintain freshness in an airtight container.
- Always use the proper grind for the equipment that you're using.
- Distribute coffee evenly in the filter bag.
- Once brewed, coffee is at its most delicious.
- If you want to drink your hot coffee later, pour it into a preheated thermos right after brewing.
Storage Tips
- Once the vacuum seal is open, keep your coffee in an airtight container.
- Refrigerate the coffee to maintain freshness.
- When coffee is opened, it will remain fresh and ideally be consumed within three weeks.
- Buy your coffee on a regular basis, only as you need it.
